This is perfect if you:
• Can’t leave home
• Are on a business trip (Train from your hotel room!)
• New moms/dads
• Need to save time
• Work from home and have a break
• Don’t feel like dealing with bad weather, traffic or people
• Don’t have childcare and need some exercise
(I don’t mind if your kiddos join in or run around while we train.)
• Need someone to hold you accountable and help you with your goals

Tailored to your needs, goals, and ability level. We’ll use any space and equipment that you have available. No equipment? No problem! I can still give you an effective training session no matter what.

Personal Training In-Person

Train with me in-person at the FitFizz studio. It’s time to get stronger and healthier!

Please bring a separate pair of CLEAN shoes. Must have socks. We will likely do some exercises in just socks so it’s important that you’re not barefoot.
