For 5 Days, we’ll focus on one thing at a time:

During this challenge,
you will discover:

  • Which foods I recommend getting rid of. 
  • Why you might want to ditch certain types of sugars, salts, condiments, cooking oils, and grains if you’re looking for ways to optimize your general health.
  • How to replace your favorite items with smarter alternatives that are so good you won’t be able to tell the difference.
  • How to optimize your pantry and/or cabinet space so you can become healthier too, ditch the sludge and celebrate progress.

  • Sign up 
  • After payment, you’ll be directed to a page with a link to join the private Facebook group where the challenge will take place.
  • Each day at 7:30 PM CENTRAL TIME I’ll go live in the Facebook group to talk you through that day’s part of the challenge. Short videos because you’re a busy person.
