Environmental toxins have a direct impact on the health of everyone. Today I’m sharing what they are, why you should care, the damage they can do, how they affect our health and what you can do to lower your exposure.

If you’ve ever heard of terms like phthalates, obesogens or xenoestrogens I’m explaining all of that too. These chemicals are found mainly in plastics but also in cleaning products, packaging, fragrances, toiletries, makeup, and countless household goods. They are what’s known as neuroendocrine disruptors and over time they can play a role in weight gain.
